According to the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law (Serial No: 512) published in the Official Gazette dated 23.12.2019 and numbered 30987; The monetary limit for the obligation to apply to the arbitral tribunals was revised based on the revaluation rate of 22.58%.
According to this; 117.394.36 TL in case of disputes below the monetary limit is mandatory to apply to the arbitral tribunal. The limit was previously determined as 50.000,00 TL. In these disputes, the decisions of the committee shall be adjudicated.
The decision will be implemented as of 1.1.2020.
