The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) sent instructions for adressing discipline on the boards of these activities whom are 365, member of chamber of commerces and commodity exchanges in 81 provinces and make imitation and adulteration of food.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry General Directorate of Food and Control conveyed the information of the companies that were determined to be imitated and adulterated in food as a result of the laboratory.
Upon this, on the instructions of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, 365 chamber of commerces and commodity exchanges general secretaries in the provinces were asked to initiate the necessary procedures in accordance with the "Discipline and Fines to be given to the Chamber and Exchange Members, and the Regulation on the Discipline Board and the High Discipline Board".
A list of companies sent or produced by the Ministry that produce or sell spoiled, modified foods that endanger the life and health of individuals has also been added to the instruction.
