    RECONCILIATION OF TAX PENALTIES AND DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE

    The General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 517 published by the Ministry of Finance Revenue Administration in the official newspaper dated 20 February 2020 and numbered 31045 entered into force.

     

    With the communiqué, a number of important arrangements were made for the reconciliation of tax and tax penalties that took too long in the tax system and the reduction in penalty processes.
