With the 48th article of the Law No. 6183 on the Collection of Public Receivables and the Genel General Communiqué on Collection by the Official Gazette published in the Official Gazette dated 30.12.2019 and numbered 30994 and dated 30 December 2019, applied as 19% annually interest rate was determined as 15% per annum from the date of publication of the Communiqué.
