    NEW REGULATION FOR LATE PAYMENTS TO CLAIMANT ON SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

    The Communiqué on the Amount of the Minimum Expense that can be Demanded for the Charges of Delinquency Interest and the Cost of Collection of Receivables to be Applied in Late Payments in the Supply of Goods and Services entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 02 January 2020 and numbered 30996.

     

     

    Communiqué issued by the Republic of Turkey Central Bank "in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, goods and services procurement creditor done now is not provided in the contract of default interest rates related to payment or to be applied in cases where the relevant provisions were invalid yearly interest rate of 15%, my minimum expenses that can be claimed for receivables collection costs amount It was determined as 260 TL. 

     

    The default interest rate was 21.25%  and the minimum repayment amount was 245 TL last year.
