İSTİB “Preventing Food Waste Project” continues its works

Istanbul Commodity Exchange Food Waste Committee, to be a supporter of the work done for the reduction of food waste in Turkey, continues to work with the aim to reduce the waste by creating awareness in the community about the issue.
At the meeting held within the scope of the works, ideas were exchanged about the work to be done in the later stages of the İSTİB “Preventing Food Waste Project" and the works that are currently being done.
In order to draw attention to food waste and raise public awareness, Istanbul Commodity Exchange created a working group consisting of Vice Chairman Hakkı İsmet Aral, Board Treasurer Recep Salih Al, Board Members Alaattin Altuntaş, Mehmet Beşir Kılıç and Ömer Tekinaslan.
