The Union of  Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Vice President of TOBB and President of the Istanbul Commodity Exchange Ali Kopuz, covered Mahir Hands Project Aegean Region Chamber of Industry at (EBSO) performed vocational qualification certificates attended the distribution ceremony.

The ceremony, Izmir Governor Erol Ayyildiz, Mayor Tunc Soyer, TOBB Board Members, EBSO Chairman Ender Yorgancılar, other chamber and stock exchange presidents, women and young entrepreneurs with representatives of the company participated in the document areas were attended. 

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the Vocational Qualification Certificate has become a sought-after qualification in every branch of his working life, and thanks to the project, they managed to touch people with professional competence, experience and better working conditions. 

Under the leadership of TOBB and in partnership with the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV); Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu also mentioned the importance of the Mahir Eller Project, which was implemented with the financing of the EU and said: 

’’ First of all, I would like to congratulate each of my colleageus here one by one for the Professional Qualification Certificates they deserve at the end of the professional certification process, which requires intensive work and labor. Adept; resourceful, skillful, competent means ... You are the master of the profession, you are a businessman, you have registered. You will no longer be an intermediate member, you will be able to find a job easier. Both you, our companies and our country will benefit from this. ”
