Member of the Board of Istanbul Commodity Exchange and Member of the Food Products Retail Trade Professional Committee Alaattin Altuntaş made evaluations on the retail sector in the Commodity Exchange program prepared under the moderation of Ahu Orakçıoğlu on Ekotürk TV.
Evaluating the food retail industry before and after the pandemic, Altuntaş pointed out that the problems such as unfair competition, burdens on employment and high costs, which existed before the pandemic, added supply problems along with the start of the pandemic.
