Food waste Istanbul Commodity Exchange Working Group, to be a supporter of the work done for the reduction of food waste in Turkey, continues to work with the aim to reduce the waste by creating awareness in the community about the issue.
Vice Chairman of Istanbul Commodity Exchange Hakkı Ismet Aral, Treasurer Recep Salih Al, Board Members Alaattin Altuntas, Mehmet Besir Kilic and Omer Tekinaslan, Food Waste Working Group, Chairman of Food Safety Association Samim Saner and Agricultural Products Grain Pulses Processing and Packaging Industrialists (PAKDER) and Secretary General of the Association of All Food Importers (TUGIDER) Melahat OZKAN, organized a meeting together within the scope of 'Food Waste Project'.
