“ISTIB FOOD WASTE PROJECT” CONTINUES ITS WORKS

Istanbul Commodity Exchange Food Waste Working Group, to be a supporter of the work done for the reduction of food waste in Turkey, continues to work with the aim to reduce the waste by creating awareness in the community about the issue.
During the meeting held within the scope of the works, while exchanging ideas about the work to be done in the later stages of the Food Waste Project and the works already done, besides the Food Waste Working Group Members, Istanbul Commodity Exchange Press Counselor İsmail Şen, Law Branch Manager Gül Satı Alıcı, Research and Business Development Branch Staff Sebahattin Özkurt and Project Consultant Meral Neslihan Topuz also attended the meeting.
In order to draw attention to food waste and raise public awareness, the Istanbul Commodity Exchange created a working group consisting of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Hakkı İsmet Aral, Board Treasurer Recep Salih Al, Board Members Alaattin Altuntaş, Mehmet Beşir Kılıç and Ömer Tekinaslan.
