Istanbul Commodity Exchange Food Waste Working Group, to ensure the reduction of waste by creating awareness in the community about food waste in Turkey continues to work with purpose.
At the meeting held within the scope of the works, ideas were exchanged about the works to be done in the following periods of the Food Waste Project and the works currently being done.
Istanbul Commodity Exchange formed a working group consisting of Vice Chairman Hakki Ismet Aral, Treasurer Recep Salih Al, Board Members Alaattin Altuntas, Mehmet Besir Kilic and Omer Tekinaslan to draw attention to food waste and raise public awareness.
