İSTİB Board Member Mehmet Beşir Kılıç visited “Independence Village”

The opening of the project titled “Change is Possible with You in Independence Village” established on an area of 14 thousand 970 square meters in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul was also held with the participation of İSTİB Board Member Mehmet Beşir Kılıç.
With the project implemented by Eyüpsultan Municipality, people struggling with addiction are planned to be rehabilitated in the therapy garden.
It is aimed to treat 500 young people at the beginning stage in the Independence Village, which includes activity areas such as agriculture, food, music and drama.
Mehmet Beşir Kılıç, Member of the Board of Directors of İSTİB, Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor İrfan Fidan, Assistant General Manager of Criminals and Detention Houses, Hasan Akceviz, Istanbul Probation Office Necmi Sultani, Istanbul Development Agency (İSTKA) Secretary General İsmail Erkam, Eyüpsultan District Governor İhsan Kara and Eyüpsultan Mayor Deniz Köken attended.
