Board Member of Istanbul Commodity Exchange Mehmet Beşir Kılıç made evaluations about the food consumption habits of the new generation in the Commodity Exchange program prepared by Ekotürk TV which moderated by Ahu Orakçıoğlu.
Mehmet Beşir Kılıç stated that for the detection of changing consumption habits you need to explore structure of Turkey. “Turkey is a young and dynamic country with a population of 80 million.”he said.
Mehmet Beşir Kılıç reminiscented that in Turkey 7,5 million students of 25 millions are College students. He said that 1 million students participate in social life after graduation every year and consumption habits change accordingly.
