    “Doner Workshop” was held on December 21, 2019 in Istanbul Ramada Hotel Conference Hall hosted by International Doner Federation and Health Sciences University.

     

    Mehmet Erkan Ozefe, a Member of the Board of Directors representing the Istanbul Commodity Exchange, participated in the workshop. The Presidency Health and Food Policy Board, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Ministry of Health, ITO and related Non-Govermental Organizations took part in the workshop.

     

    During the workshop, the production process of "Doner" from producer to consumer was evaluated within the scope of food safety and solutions were proposed.
