Member of Assembly and Spice and Honey Trade Professional Committee Member of Istanbul Commodity Exchange Emin Demirci made evaluations on the spice sector in Ekotürk TV in the Food Exchange program which moderated by Ahu Orakçıoğlu.
Istanbul Commodity Exchange Council Member Emin Demirci provided information about the production and trade of spices in Turkey. "Although Turkey has rich vegetation, can not sufficiently produce spices" he said.
