Within the scope of the Economic Stability Shield precautions put into effect against the economic destruction caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, it has been temporarily active within the scope of the precautions that have a duty tax liability in terms of commercial, agricultural and professional earnings or directly affected by the epidemic or taken by the Ministry of Interior. Force major was declared for taxpayers operating in the sectors where workplaces were decided to be suspended.
The force major declared by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance (Revenue Administration) in the Regular Official Gazette dated 24.03.2020 and numbered 518 due to the Coronavirus will be valid between April 1 - June 30, 2020 .
