Food Logistic Exceptions for Entrance and Exit prohobitions to Istanbul

According to the circular issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the framework of new precautions announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, entry and exit to 30 metropolitan cities and Zonguldak will be stopped for 15 days starting from 04.04.2020.
The people who was born after 1 January 2000, they will be banned from going out to streets temporarily in the streets of 81 provinces and in all districts.
According to the circular, the cities where all entrances and exits are stopped for 15 days are Zonguldak, Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Tekirdağ, Trabzon and Van.
