Details of the Regulation on Profit Share and Distribution of Profit Margin Principles has been determined

The “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Implementation of the Temporary 13th Article of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102”, which aims to protect the equity of capital companies due to the Kovid-19 virus, was published in the Official Gazette dated May 17, 2020 and numbered 31130.
With the regulation, in the cash dividend distribution decisions to be taken on the agenda of the general assembly meetings to be held this year in relation to the 2019 accounting period of the capital companies, “the profits of the previous year will not be subject to distribution and the distribution amount will not exceed 25% of the 2019 net period profit.
State Special Provincial Administration, Municipality, village and other public legal entities and companies where more than fifty percent of the capital owned by more than fifty percent of the capital directly or indirectly will be excluded from this regulation.
