Credit Payables of the forest villagers will be delayed without Interest

The provisional article was added to the Regulation on the Support of the Development of Forest Villagers in the Official Gazette dated 13/6/2012 and numbered 28322 published in the Official Gazette dated April 30, 2020 and numbered 31114 and added temporary coronavirus article (Covid-19) because of the epidemic deferred.
Loan installments of individuals and cooperatives that are credited in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulation on Support Activities for the Development of Forest Villagers” are postponed for 3 months starting from 1/4/2020.
Application condition will not be sought
According to the regulation, the application condition for postponement will not be demanded. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry will be authorized to extend it up to 3 months from the end of the specified period and no interest will be accrued for these receivables during the postponement period. ”
