Communique changed in "C Sugar" buying process

In the Official Gazette dated 26 February 2020, the communiqué (communiqué no: 2020/1) regarding the amendment to the communiqué (communiqué no: 2018/34) regarding the conditions and application principles of the C sugar and C sugar demands of the manufacturers and exporters entered into force.
With the amendment made in the communiqué, the conditions regarding the meeting of the C sugar demands of the sugar producers and exporters from the country were reorganized. Fruit puree, concentrate, preparation and pulp were added to the list of products that will not be allocated C sugar in return for export.
In the amendment made by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the use of the Electronic Data Processing System (EVIS), where C sugar allocation transactions are carried out electronically, has been made compulsory in meeting the demands of C sugar domestically.
