    Communique about Surveillance Implementation in Import was published

    The Communiqué on prospective surveillance by recording their imports of products such as garlic, banana, green tea, black tea, Paraguay tea, sweet pepper, red pepper, safflower, sunflower seeds, and peanuts was published in the official newspaper numbered 31078 on 24 March 2020.

     

    According to the communiqué; The importers who want to import the said products will register the information regarding their import to the registration centers authorized by the Ministry of Commerce before the import and shown in the list attached to the communiqué, and a Registration Document will be issued stating that the import is registered. The registration certificate or its electronic record will be submitted to the relevant customs office by the importer, regardless of the origin of registration, for the registration of customs declarations for free circulation of the products to be registered. Applications for the Certificate of Registration made in full and duly will be finalized within 10 (ten) working days at the latest, if it is determined that the declaration is inaccurate, there is inconsistency in the information and documents presented in the applications, or if there is serious suspicion in this direction, Registration Document will not be issued.
