The Ministry of Treasury and Finance (Revenue Administration) made changes to the limits of the General Communiqué on Collection. The tax debt limit has been increased within the scope of Transactions that will not be Made without Paying Public Debt and the Responsibilities of Transactions.
According to this amendment, which concerns citizens with public debts within the scope of the Law on the Collection of Public Receivables No 6183;
The tax debt limit within the scope of the Transactions that will not be Made without Paying Public Debt and the Responsibilities of Transactions is increased from 2 thousand liras to 5 thousand liras.
