ISTIB President Ali Kopuz attended the 39th Ministerial Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Economic and Commercial Cooperation Standing Committee (COMCEC).
The meeting attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was held at the Istanbul Congress Center. In his speech at the opening of the meeting, President Erdoğan reminded that Turkey and the Turkish nation commemorated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic this year and said, “The Republic of Turkey, the last link in the chain of states we established in our geography, has left behind a century full of glory, honor and success. We will not stop until we crown this blessed walk from past to present with the 'Turkey Century', God willing. We will achieve this shoulder to shoulder with you, our brothers. Cooperation becomes much more important these days, when a great atrocity is taking place in Palestinian lands.
