    According to TÜİK data decrease annually %29,04 in chickpea price

    TÜİK announced the 2019 Vegatative Product Prices and Production Value statistics results on 05 March 2020. 

     

    Cereals and from other Vegatative Products chickpea price dropped annually %29,04.  

     

    The minimum increase in 2019 compared to the previous year was %20,95 in the price of lentils (red). The highest increase in prices of cereals and other vegatative products was wheat (other) with %25,98, beans (dry) with %33,88 and potatoes with %79,87. 

     

    Tomato (table) price from vegetables increased by %3,27 compared to the previous year. 

     

    In 2019, eggplant prices increased by %30,92 and onions (dry) by %37,96 in 2019 compared to the previous year. On the other hand, the products that showed the highest increase in vegetables group compared to the previous year were cauliflower with %42,51, green pepper with %54,54 and garlic (dry) with %70,88.

     

    The price of olives (table) from fruits, beverages and spice plants increased by %3,16 annually.

     

    Among the fruits, beverages and spice plants, the products that showed the least increase in 2019 compared to the previous year were lemons with %19,49 and grapes (with table seeds) with %20,58, respectively. The highest increase compared to the previous year was in banana products with %36,55 and hazelnut products with %52,26.
