3 Months Postponement to the Loans of Craft and Craftsmen

The debts of the craft and craftsmen who were damaged in the outbreak of the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) were postponed for 3 months without interest.
Today, with the official release of 2283 numbered President Decision in the newspaper directly to the Halkbank or from Turkey Craft and Craftsmen Credit and Guarantee Cooperatives Central Union (TESKOMB) connected in common to union with artisans and craftsmen credit and surety cooperatives bail, From their debts arising from low interest loans used on March 31, 2020 and before and loan payables that will expire between April 1 and June 30, 2020; by accruing interest in the maturity period / installment term / account period according to the relevant legislation, It will be postponed for 3 months without interest from the maturity date / installment term / account cycle.
Under the decision, a commitment will be received from craft and craftsmen whose credit has been delayed, stating that they will not reduce the number of employees during the adjournment period.
Craft and craftsmen with a decrease in the number of employees will be excluded from the scope of deferral.
Within the scope of the related decisions regarding the use of low interest loans to the tradesmen and artisans whose debts have been postponed, the Bank will be able to extend low interest loans during the deferral period, and the provisions preventing the opening of loans to those with deferred debts in such decisions will not be applied.
